In the mid-1990s, the so-called “KdK Group” was established by individuals who had commenced their involvement in the affairs of the Horn of Africa by conducting a peculiarly unconventional humanitarian programme in the 1970s and 1980s. Their great vision: an inclusive and participatory society.
