Professional for Fundraising and Resource Diversification (f/m/x) at Brot für die Welt’s Regional Office (VEST) in Peru

The Job Scope

• Develop and implement financial sustainabilityand fundraising plans, including third-party funding applications
• Identify potential donors, fundraising partners, and key success factors
• Introduce and support donation management software, including fundraising communication and storytelling
• Co-develop impactful communication strategies, incorporating social media and fundraising campaigns
• Provide coaching, coordinate mentoring, and establish a peer-learning network to build partners’ fundraising capacities

Your Profile

• Relevant university degree (e.g., nonprofit management, communications, marketing) and further training in fundraising and social marketing
• min. 2 years’ experience in third-party funding, fundraising, and communications, ideally with storytelling and in Latin America
• Excellent Spanish and English communication skills (oral/written)
• Experience delivering knowledge transfer through workshops, training, or coaching
• Creativity, teamwork, and strong intercultural sensitivity
• Willingness to travel regularly in Peru and Bolivia

Citizenship of a Member State of the European Union or Switzerland is required.
