EU Office in Brussels
The EU office is the representation of Brot für die Welt and its sister organisation Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe in Brussels. This helps us to stay in touch with all relevant contacts in the EU Institutions (EU Parliament, EU External Action Service, EU Commission etc.), the permanent representations of the EU member states, third country embassies, churches and other religious representatives as well as networks, NGOs and media.
Through these contacts we receive information on current debates, ongoing legislative processes and trends, thus enabling us to contribute to discussions and processes at the EU level.
The EU office brings colleagues from the head office, our overseas offices and our partners in contact with the various stakeholders in Brussels.
