You ne ed to find appropriate words in a more or less familiar language, get to kn ow common ways and styles of communication, find out how to adequately deal with hierarchy and how gender roles are perceived. This training wants to encourage you to accept, reflect on and process the resulting challenges.\n \nThe focus is on how we can communicate expectations and concerns in a car eful and culturally sensitive way. An important first step for this is to b e aware of our own attitude and background.
