 Workshop richtet sich ausschließlich an Black, Indigeneous and People of Co
 lor (BIPoC)/„nichtweiße“ Menschen.\n\nMenschen, die Rassismus erfahren, erl
 eben auch, dass ihnen wenig sichere Räume offenstehen, über diese Erfahrung
 en zu sprechen. In besonderer Weise schwierig ist die Situation für Black, 
 Indigeneous and People of Color (BIPoC), die sich in Bereichen der Bildungs
 - oder der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit engagieren, die also oftmals zwischen
  Träger*inneninteressen, Solidarität und eigener Betroffenheit ein Gleichge
 wicht finden müssen.\n\nDieser Workshop will einen geschützten und sicheren
  Raum schaffen, in dem die Teilnehmenden ihre persönlichen Erfahrungen teil
 en können. Ein weiterer Fokus liegt auf der Auseinandersetzung mit dem Syst
 em Rassismus und den Folgen einer kolonialen Ordnung. Hierzu gehört auch de
 r Blick darauf, wie Rassismus und Diskriminierung im Inneren wirken. Ziel i
 st es, Strategien des Umgangs damit und zur eigenen Stärkung zu entwickeln.
 \n\nGearbeitet wird unter anderem mit Methoden aus dem Anti-Bias-Ansatz, de
 r sich mit verschiedenen Formen von Diskriminierung und Intersektionalität 
 (Mehrfachdiskriminierung) beschäftigt.\n\nDer Workshop findet in deutscher 
 und englischer Sprache statt (mit Simultanübersetzung durch ein professione
 lles Dolmetscher*innen-Team).\n\nReferent*innen:\n\nTejan Lamboi (Bildungsr
 eferent Rassismuskritik, Inklusion und Empowerment; Mediator, Open und Safe
 r Space Begleiter) und Canê Çağlar (Politische Bildnerin, Moderatorin und D
 oktorandin mit Schwerpunkt auf (Post-)Migrantische, Intersektionale Perspek
 tiven und Bildungsgerechtigkeit)\n\n\n\nTeilnahmebeitrag  inklusive Unterku

 seminar\n\n This workshop is exclusively for Black, Indigenous and People o
 f Color (BIPoC)/"non-white" people.\n\nPeople who are exposed to racism oft
 en do not have safe spaces where they can talk about their experiences. The
  situation is particularly difficult for Black Indigenous and People of Col
 or (BIPoC) who are involved with education or development cooperation. They
  often have to find a balance between the interests of the organizations, s
 olidarity and their own concerns.\n\nThis workshop intens to provide a prot
 ected and safe space in which participants can share their personal experie
 nces. In addition to dealing with the system of racism and the aftermath of
  a colonial order, along with the internal impact of racism and discriminat
 ion, the participants will develop strategies to handle all this and learn 
 how to strengthen themselves. The methods are based among other things on t
 he anti-bias approach, which tackles various forms of discrimination and in
 tersectionality (multiple discrimination).\n\nThe workshop will be held in 
 German and English language (with simultaneous translation by a team of pro
 fessional interpreters).\n\nTrainers:\n\nTejan Lamboi (Educational counsell

 toral candidate specialising in (post-)migrant, intersectional perspectives

 ation fee including accommodation and meals in the seminar house is 120,- €
  for people with full salary,  60,- € for students, trainees, low-income ea
 rners, unemployed,  30,-  € for recipients of ALG-II or social benefit.\n\n
